“But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.” (Psalm 22:3 KJV)

This is one of the Psalms of David that is often quoted when people engage in Praise and Worship. Yes, He inhabits the praise of His people.

Let me call your attention to the previous verse: "O my God, I cry in the daytime, but thou hearest not; and in the night season, and am not silent." In a nutshell,

King David cried day and night and said the LORD did not answer him. Imagine how frustrating that could be!

Howbeit, David said, "But thou art holy." Meaning, “I cried day and night, and I have not received an answer. Yet, I cannot impute any fault or unkindness to you, my Maker; for You are holy. Nothing can be added to you, and nothing can be taken away from you. What a statement of perfect understanding of who God is!

How many times have we been in David's shoes? Perhaps, you have called day and night, even involved brethren and solicit their prayers, yet there has been no answer. Or you have been so close to breakthrough, and something happens which makes you start all over again.

King David’s next statement is, "O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel." What he was saying is that GOD has the custom of dwelling in the sanctuary or place or gathering where the praises, thanksgivings, and sacrifices of His people are offered. Hallelujah! King David did not care that God has not answered but held on to the truth that "God inhabits the praise of His people, so I'll praise Him." That is prophetic! He knew nothing anti-God can cohabit with Him and choose wisely.

Beloved, we have come here today to praise and worship God. I am persuaded; He is here to inhabit our praises and worship. And if God is here to indwell our praises and worship, rest assured that sickness, poverty, fear, untimely death, disappointment, shame, regret and the likes must terminate. At this season, may The Grace for Exploits come mightily upon you. Irrespective of what you may be surrounded with now, be resilient to take the advantage of this moment – choose wisely. LET'S BE PROPHETIC IN OUR WORSHIP.

Experiencing the TRUE GOD.
