GOD IS RICH IN MERCY

“But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, .... hath quickened us together with Christ ....” (Ephesians 2:4-5 KJV)

If God was to make the payment in U.S. dollars to take the saved sinners to Heaven safely, how much do you think it would cost God?

But you know what? Even, if the whole world, whose population has surpassed 8.2 billion in 2025 was to be taken to Heaven by God, it is never going to be a failed mission. GOD completed the assignment through the death and resurrection of Jesus about 2000 years ago once and for all.

It did not cost God the currency of any country; it only cost God the priceless blood of His only begotten Son to get us sinners to heaven, no matter how great the number may be. Because Jesus went through the agony of the death of the cross, He secured a place for every repentant sinner in Heaven. Alleluia!

From our dead situation, God brought us back to life together with Christ Jesus and has given us a position in heaven with Him. What a redemptive story! God demonstrated this magnanimity not for who we are, but who He is, to show that He is extremely rich in mercy through all ages.

So, whenever you have the privilege like today, being the first day and the first Sunday of a new month, be determined to declare to all and sundry that GOD IS RICH IN MERCY!And let the people say: GOD IS RICH IN MERCY!
