HIS FAITHFULNESS IS UNCHANGING
SEPTEMBER
“O LORD, thou art my God; I will exalt thee, …. thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth.” (Isa 25:1 KJV)
The above-Scripture, according to Prophet Isaiah, amplifies the wonderful things God did purely according to His will. The choice of men to salvation, their redemption by the death and resurrection of Jesus, the calling of the Jews and Gentiles, the latter days’ events, were all fixed from of old. God did not wake up one day and think of an emergency plan and begin to quickly put things in place.
His Word to us at this season is ‘I WILL HELP YOU’. Whatever the situation around you may say, what GOD said is never changing. Whatever appearances there might be to the contrary, be assured that the fulfilment of His promises are non-negotiable. What you see as an obstruction is not strange to God. He knew from the outset that those situations would be there before declaring.
Now, another word that appears in that verse of the Scripture needs some attention: “And truth” That word truth came from the Hebrew, אמן – omen – which in our word means ‘AMEN’. And in the Septuagint, Γένοιτο – Genoito means ‘Let it be.’ The word denotes that the purposes of God were firm and would certainly be fulfilled. That is why I am persuaded that the good promises of God in your life at this season and beyond have no choice than to be fulfilled. It doesn’t matter how ugly it looks; God has seen it before now, and it is His nature to be faithful.
The Apostle Paul reminded Timothy that even, “If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: he cannot deny himself.” 2Ti 2:13 KJV
Beloved, the decrees and purposes of God, which are from eternity, are all truly and faithfully designed to be performed. Therefore, I see your life being a good ground for His faithfulness to be shown for the whole Earth to see in Jesus’ Name. AMEN. So, do not buy the lie of the enemy, His Faithfulness Is Unchanging. AMEN.
