I’VE GOT THE WISDOM OF THE WHOLE WORLD IN HERE!

According to many folklores, tortoise is an animal known for being corny and selfish. Hardly is there any folklore where tortoise is described differently.
One of such folklores featured tortoise, hanging a big pot on its neck, placed right in front and climbing the tree. Each time tortoise tried to climb, it kept falling. Even when it managed to climb a little, it would not be long before it fell again.
Unknown to tortoise, snail was watching from afar. In its curiosity, snail moved close and stated, ‘I’ve been watching for a while. What exactly are you trying to do?’ Tortoise answered proudly, “Look, I’ve got the wisdom of the whole world stored in this big pot, and I will take it to the top of the tree and hide it to prove that I am superior”
Snail said, “The wisdom of the world!? That’s amazing! But I think, if you put this big pot behind you, it will be easy to climb the tree?” Tortoise paused a bit and tried the suggestion of snail and was able to climb with ease and take the big pot to the top of the tree. When tortoise got to the top of the tree, it was jubilation time. The aim was achieved – hiding the wisdom of the whole world on the tree! But the question is, what about the wisdom shared with Tortoise by Snail?
Are you like tortoise, ‘I’ve got the wisdom of the whole world in here’? Stop there! “You cannot know anything if the Lord is against it. And you cannot understand anything if the Lord is against it. And you cannot be cleverer than he is.” Pro 21:30
A day like this should be an opportunity for both adults and children to tell God how much they need His wisdom. Thinking outside of this will place you in the position of tortoise who believes, ‘I’ve got the wisdom of the whole world in here.’
Anyone in such state, may you receive deliverance. And I pray for those who are trusting God for their own children; may God wipe away your secret tears. By this time next year, your own children will be among us in JESUS Name. AMEN
