SEARCH OUT A MATTER!

“It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter.” (Pro 25:2 KJV)

At no time in history has God ever decided to hide from mankind. No. If there is anything that God desires most, it is for mankind to have perfect knowledge of Him and the things He does. Throughout the Scripture, God has always coveted to have unhindered relationship with mankind.

Psalm 145:18 KJV The LORD is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth.

But something hides Him. That is His nature. God’s nature essentially hides Him from the most profound investigation and laborious research.

There is the curiosity side of man that wants to know. GOD is interested in that. And with the little we are able to uncover, we think it is by our strength and that is all about God. But His nature is deeper than the depth any human knowledge can fathom; and He is higher than the height any human intelligence can comprehend.

Despite His incomparable nature and human limitations, God graciously extended an open invitation, licencing every willing heart to search. The second part of that verse of the Scripture says, “but the honour of kings is to search out a matter.”

Rev 1:6 KJV says, “And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. If any people are approved to search out things, especially about GOD, it is you and I.

God expressed Himself through Prophet Jeremiah, “Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.” (Jeremiah 33:3 KJV)

God does not conceal a thing because He has something to hide; but man ignorantly leaves a thing concealed because he fails to search. Beloved, it is an honourable action for you to get out of the unknown; So, SEARCH OUT A MATTER.
