ANSWERS ARE BOUND TO COME
He told them, “This kind can come out only by prayer and fasting.” Mar 9:29 ISV
A man came to Jesus so that he would heal his son, who was being tormented by the devil. When he wasn’t able to see Jesus, he thought that meeting with Jesus’ disciples should produce the same results of healing. He approached the disciples. But to his dismay, the disciples could not deliver the boy. What a shame!
Eventually, he met Jesus. He narrated his story and concluded, “I spake to thy disciples that they should cast him out; and they could not.”
The man was so disappointed, though, Jesus was more disappointed in His disciples. He said concerning them, “O faithless generation, how long shall I be with you? How long shall I suffer you? Bring him unto me.” (Mar 9:19 KJV)
Now, the suggestion here is that the disciples could not cast out the Demons simply because of lack of faith.
Further down in the chapter, however, Jesus revealed the main reason some miracles cannot be witnessed, including casting out the Demons from the boy. Jesus stated that “This kind can come out only by prayer and fasting.” Mar 9:29 ISV
I don’t know how stubborn the challenge you face may be. Jesus said, the last resort is Prayer and Fasting. So, if you partake in this exercise, I congratulate you because, answers are bound to come. If you are yet to receive an answer, be courageous, it shall sure come at the time appointed by Him. Peradventure you have not joined the train; I encourage you to cease the advantage of the last week of this exercise. I trust God, you shall not be disappointed. Your answers will come in an uncommon fashion. As the LORD lives, your joy shall be full in Jesus’ Name.AMEN
YOUR LATTER END SHALL GREATLY INCREASE
Though thy beginning was small, yet thy latter end should greatly increase. (Job 8:7 KJV)
Jesus said to His disciples, “Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.” Luke 12:32 KJV
In a literal sense, let us imagine a flock of sheep. By nature, they are patient, meek, humble, and harmless. They are susceptible. Imagine this little flock of sheep travelling through a wide and barren wilderness, and they are attacked by a skulk of foxes! With all their characteristics, though, they are still sensible. Would they not have many causes to alarm? Would there not be things that would excite their fears? But Jesus said, “Fear not.”
It is a strong message from Master Jesus. He is saying, “You may have one hundred and one legitimate reasons to fear, but you don’t need to. The road you ply may be rough and dreary. You may be wary of the circumstances that confront you daily. Experience may have taught you that there can be no way to progress. You don’t need to quake because your safety, your promotion is not of you but of ME.” HALLELUJAH!
If your Maker has not declared that there is no way of progressing for you, then do not buy the lie of the enemy. God said through the Prophet Zechariah, “Who despised the day when little things began to happen? They will be delighted when they see the plumb line in Zerubbabel’s hand. (These seven eyes of the LORD roam over all the earth.)” (4:10 GW)
I don’t care how great your record of successes may be now; I declare, it is just your beginning. And it is the pleasure of your God the Father to cause your latter end to greatly increase. No matter what the enemy may bring your way, keep repeating that MY LATTER END SHALL GREATLY INCREASE. And I see 2025 obey the counsel of God for your life in the Name of Jesus.AMEN
SING WITH A LOUD VOICE!
“And the Levites, of the children of the Kohathites, and of the children of the Korhites, stood up to praise the LORD God of Israel with a loud voice on high.” 2Ch 20:19 KJV
Ideally, in an event of war, the logical step is to get the appropriate weapons of war and acquire the training for effective handling of those weapons. Choosing differently, the outcome will be fatal.
Conglomerate armies of Moab, Ammon, and some other called Meunites came to fight Jehoshaphat, the King of Judah. Jehoshaphat was so disturbed, totally confused. So, he cried unto God for help.
How would God help on this occasion? No one could tell. But Jahaziel prophesied in the Name of the Lord:
“Ye shall not need to fight in this battle: set yourselves, stand ye still, and see the salvation of the LORD with you, O Judah and Jerusalem: fear not, nor be dismayed; tomorrow go out against them: for the LORD will be with you.” 2Ch 20:17 KJV
If we are not going to fight in this battle as God said, how then, are we going to win the battle?! According to divine direction, the people consulted with singers, they rose up early in the morning and stood up to praise the LORD God of Israel with a loud voice. That means, PRAISE is the ace. And what was the outcome? The LORD Himself set an ambushment against the armies of the enemy and gave His people total victory.
I don’t know what battles you may be facing or that may have been programmed on your path this year. Today, determine to praise God loudly in the beauty of His holiness, and I see God give you total victory. I see Him set an ambushment against the battles that may surround you. Not only will you win the existing battles. Henceforth, no battle will the able to stand your presence in Jesus’ Name.AMEN
